444taya Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 444taya platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 444taya, nor an immediate family member of any such employee.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for a third party.

444taya reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If you cannot satisfy the eligibility requirements or complete the verification process, your account may be restricted or closed. Any balance remaining in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and our internal compliance procedures.

2. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account with 444taya. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — confidential. 444taya will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your account details secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other sites.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Notify 444taya support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, up to date.

444taya may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or when triggered by regulatory requirements. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

444taya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). All transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments — any deposit traced to an account not belonging to the registered 444taya member will be reversed.

Accepted payment methods include:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph e-wallets
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank
• Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method — refer to the Cashier section of your account for the most current figures. 444taya does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

444taya aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Funds sent via GCash or Maya typically arrive within one hour of processing. Bank transfer timelines depend on interbank clearing schedules.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 444taya are subject to the specific rules for each game or sport, which are published within the respective game lobbies and sportsbook sections. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the amount is deducted from your balance. A bet that shows an error has not been accepted.
• 444taya reserves the right to void bets placed on events with clearly erroneous odds. Erroneous odds are defined as odds that materially differ from the true market price due to a technical or human error.
• In the event a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start, all pre-game bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live in-play bets, results are determined based on the official result at the time the relevant market was settled. Delays in the live feed do not entitle a player to void a settled bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• 444taya may limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator. The current maximum payout is displayed in the relevant sportsbook or casino section.

For casino games, all results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results displayed after a game round are final and cannot be reversed. If a game round is interrupted by a disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the game's internal state at the time of disconnection — in most cases, the round will either complete automatically or be voided with the stake returned.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

444taya regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals to both new and existing members. Each offer will have its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money balances are used first unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be played through.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
• 444taya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 444taya determines that a player has abused, manipulated, or exploited any bonus offer — including through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies — the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

6. Fair Play

444taya is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any game format where collusion could affect the outcome.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug must report it to support immediately; failure to do so will be treated as exploitation.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent stake limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade restrictions.
• Any form of money laundering, including using 444taya for the layering or integration of illegitimate funds.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

444taya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against 444taya without reasonable grounds.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward 444taya staff or other players.

If your account is closed for a terms violation, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no violation is found, balances will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact our support team and the request will be processed promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

444taya provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all features at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability.

444taya shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or savings arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end or by your device.
• Delays in settlement caused by payment providers outside our direct control.
• Any reliance on information published on the 444taya platform that may be inaccurate or out of date.

Our total liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits you made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Privacy and Data

444taya collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Key data practices at 444taya include:

• Your registration data is stored securely and used for identity verification, account management, and regulatory compliance.
• Transaction records are maintained for a minimum period as required by applicable gaming and financial regulations.
• 444taya may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
