9. Minors and Age Restriction
The 444taya platform is strictly for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account or provided personal information to 444taya, please contact us immediately at support@444taya.net.
Upon confirmation that an account belongs to a minor, 444taya will permanently close the account, delete all associated personal data as soon as legally permissible, and return any deposited balance to the payment source from which it originated.
Age verification is conducted as part of our KYC process. 444taya may request a government-issued ID at any point to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The 444taya platform may reference third-party services — such as payment providers or game studios — whose own privacy practices are separate from ours. 444taya is not responsible for the privacy policies or data handling practices of any third-party services, even if they are mentioned on our platform.
Any data you provide directly to a third-party service provider — such as your GCash account details entered into GCash's own interface — is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not this one. 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
